Huzzah! I went to Chapter's today, and they had LOADS of copies of the In Touch with Paula and Simon on it. I was so very excited to see it there, I almost jumped up. But then I remembered that I was among strangers, so I had to restrain myself. But anyway, I think I gave a small gasp and the woman beside me who was looking through the People w/ Madonna on the cover kind of looked at me strangely. Even more so because I was acting all serious and everything when I suddenly lunged forward towards the In Touches...hahha...it's ok, I'll never have to see her again, anyway.

Speaking of People, I've got the In Touch, but no sign of People Extra anywhere! I am one frustrated gal. To make matters worse, I'm studying for calculus right now and I've still got about 5/6 more pages of review to go through, but it's 10:30 and I'm sooooo procrastinating. On top of this studying, I have to finish a lab for chemistry tomorrow and I have no idea what the hell I'm doing for that class. I hate school so much I'd rather live as a bum on the street. Er, okay that's one big lie, but I completely regret not taking more artsy courses like philosophy and drama as opposed to my craptacular semester.

On another note, I'm digging this new Kelly Clarkson CD...esp. Just Missed the Train and Beautiful Disaster (haha, for those of you on the Americanidolboard: aka Simon's song). And to my naysayer friends who blame me for being too obsessed w/ AI, poo to you because this is some great stuff!

I'm losing my touch with killing flies...I used to be able to clap and kill them in and instant, but lately, I've been terribly off, and it seems as if I'm just randomly clapping :(

Obviously lesser known than Mulder and Scully, but they have an awfully huge fan base and damn...Rob Estes is just hot.

Oh, just looking at these two together makes my heart flutter, and they actually have a lot of parallel with Mulder and Scully. First, they're homicide detectives for the Palm Beach P.D., and worked together for about 5 seasons before they got together. Unfortunately, they go together over a span of about 2 episodes (although there were hints as to this development in their relationship for a loooooong time), she finds out that she's pregnant in the next one, they get married about 2 episodes later, and then he gets killed....KILLED! KILLED! KILLED! in the next episode! I swear...I was depressed for about 3 weeks after that; absolutely devastated. What I didn't like about their relationship was that the fact that they sort of the crossed the line of friendship several times before they actually crossed it. It was all there: always hugging, leaning on eachother and I think back in season 2, they shared some kind of "soul kiss", and damn, it was a definite soul kiss, haha. But anyway, they had great chemistry and I'd be hard pressed to not say that these two are probably the couple of all time, although Sculder certainly vies for that position as well. But then, we'll just have to see what happens with my latest infatuation of Simon/Paula to make that kind of judgement.
